Howdy, I'm Kiandra. I'm the whole collective.
/brɔːd/ adjective. covering a large number and wide scope of subjects. Which is a very fancy way of saying: I do a lot of things, and I do them for businesses who'd rather be doing literally anything else.

I started Broad Collective because good businesses were drowning in digital.
July 2020. The world went online overnight and a lot of very good small businesses were left squinting at a website login they hadn't used since 2017. They didn't need a strategy deck. They needed someone to set the thing up, keep it running, and help the phone ring.
Six years on, that's still the whole job. Websites, socials, listings, design, ads, the unglamorous stuff that quietly keeps your business ticking. I ask far too many questions, I over-explain everything, and I'll happily tell you when an idea isn't worth the price.
A decade of wearing whatever hat the day required.
MANY HATS, ONE HEAD
Ten years in sport
Clubs, communities and campaigns run on tight budgets and tighter deadlines. Excellent training for small business.
Web design & build
From first wireframe to the 11pm 'can you just change one thing' text. Sites that are done properly, tidy and yours to update.
Digital management
Socials, listings, inboxes, automations, the CRM nobody's opened since 2023. I own the list so you don't want to.
Design & content
Brand bits, templates, menus, signage, captions. Consistent enough to recognise, human enough to like. Scrap the AI poster.
Broad by name. Genuinely broad by skill set, which is handy when your to-do list refuses to stay in one category.
Want to know about the gal behind the screen?
Laid-back, easygoing, and here for whatever you need. Massive sports fan, longtime Saints supporter, and I spend a truly unreasonable amount of time at pilates. If I'm not at a desk I'm on a beach walk pretending to think about work.
I also wrote a children's book in honour of my dad, who passed away from myeloma, an incurable blood cancer. Proceeds go to Myeloma Australia, a cause very close to my heart.
STILL READING?
It's not that daunting. Well, let's make it less daunting.
Half an hour, no pitch deck. Tell me what's broken, boring or barely holding on and I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
